Checked and adjusted gas pressure to 3.5" W.C. Cleaned flame sensor with emery cloth. Inspected flue for proper venting. Lubricated blower motor bearings. Tested all safety controls, including limit switch and pressure switch. Verified proper ignition sequence. Conducted combustion analysis using Testo 310 analyzer. Adjusted air-fuel ratio for optimal efficiency.

I completed an A.C. tune-up on a 2010 Goodman unit. The process included inspecting and cleaning the condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, and testing the capacitor and electrical connections. I also lubricated the fan motor, inspected the blower assembly, and ensured the thermostat was functioning correctly. After the tune-up, the system was running efficiently, with improved cooling performance and no issues detected. The Goodman unit is ready for continued reliable operation.
