I performed a heating checkout on a 2002 Rheem gas furnace. After inspecting the burners, heat exchanger, and ignition system, everything was functioning properly. I also checked the blower motor and thermostat calibration. The system showed normal operation at this time, with no issues detected. Complaint of water leakage. Diagnosis: Found the drain line clogged with dirt and debris from years of use, causing the backup. Solution: Cleared the blockage by blowing out the drain line and flushing it with a gallon of drain cleaner and water. Afterward, the system was no longer leaking. I also checked the system charge, and everything is now operating normally. The system is functioning as expected with no further issues at this time.

I performed an A/C tune-up on a 2020 Lennox heat pump system. After a thorough inspection, I found the system to be in good technical condition. However, the outdoor unit required cleaning. I used a coil cleaner and pressure washer to clean the outdoor condenser coil, removing accumulated debris and improving heat transfer efficiency. I also replaced the batteries in the thermostat with fresh alkaline AA batteries. Upon completion, I reset the thermostat to 73°F and verified proper system operation.
