Logan with All Seasons did a great job troubleshooting and repairing our AC system. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. We needed a new motor for the condenser outside. He is very polite and learned the business from his grandfather growing up. Ansi also did a great job on a previous call to replace a starter capacitor on the inside blower. He was very quick to identify the problem and fixed it fast.

This morning, I diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning Concord 16 SEER heat pump system at a local residence. The homeowner reported the unit was not providing adequate cooling. Upon inspection, I found that the wiring between the outdoor condensing unit and the indoor air handler had become disconnected at the programmable zone thermostat. I carefully traced the circuit, reinstated the proper low-voltage connections, and verified continuity throughout the control system. I then tested the heat pump in both heating and cooling modes to confirm full functionality had been restored. The homeowner is now enjoying reliable climate control.

Earlier this week, I installed a new Rheem water heater at a local residence. The homeowner's previous unit had failed, necessitating its replacement. I began by safely disconnecting and removing the old water heater. I then ran new 3/4-inch PEX supply lines and installed the new Rheem, securely anchoring it to the wall. I connected the water lines, installed a temperature and pressure relief valve, and restored electrical power.
